Kevan Haack, PA-C
I have lived the majority of my life in the South Puget Sound area. I attended Concordia University in Portland, OR for 1 year before enlisting in the United States Army. I served 12 years as a combat medic with the Washington Army National Guard, with deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Washington State flood relief efforts and wildland firefighting. After leaving the military I decided to pursue my career as a Physician Assistant and graduated from the University of Washington Medex Physician Assistant Program in August 2017. I started working with Dr. Lawrence Holland in January 2018. In my free time, I enjoy watching and participating in many different sporting activities and spending time with family and friends.
