This was my first othro surgery- a scary prospect, but Dr. King and his staff handled my questions and concerns with professionalism and respect. As a result, I felt safe choosing OPA for my hip replacement. I would have liked them to provide more written information ahead of surgery. A detailed manual of pre-and post- op instructions and expectations would have been the cherry on top of a positive surgical experience. I am at 2-weeeks post-op and up and doing well! Thank you Dr. King and team!

Mike McAdam is the best however the online pre-check in does not work, it kept asking me to settle a bill I had paid a month prior so I couldn't complete the checkin.

I've seen both Dr Lee and Dr Holland for multiple surgeries. Both and their staff are fantastic, caring and do awesome work! Would highly recommend. They definitely care about their patients!

I would have given better review of OPA Ortho until today. Weeks before my appointment, I had scheduled an injection in my knee and OPA had it pre-authorized by insurance. Or so I thought. When I about to get my injection, they handed me a document to sign that said if insurance decides not to pay, then I am responsible for $1,100. So much for pre-authorization. But my biggest complaint is they sprung this on me literally minutes before my injection. They should have informed me when I scheduled the appointment so I could reach out to my insurance or make other arrangements. After complaining to the office manager about the timing of this, she said this is acceptable timing for them to inform me of this and I could choose just not get the injection. What a terrible way to treat their patients. It was very unprofessional and uncaring about me and my issue.

Dr Holland consistently provides efficient and effective orthopedic care. He also has amazing people skills and leaves you with a sense of connection and working with a team member who really cares about a patient’s well-being.

Dr Auld and his staff are extremely helpful. He performed knee surgery after I fell at work. Dr Auld’s is a skilled surgeon and I trust him completely.

Dr Holland is one of the finest Orthopedic surgeons in the PNW. He takes time to explain details of surgery, side effects post surgery but most of all he is kind and compassionate. I had total knee replacement 01/12/26. With his concentrated guidance, six months later I feel like a new person. Osteoarthritis completely gone, plus my (knee)scar is very faint visually. You are the the best of the best Dr. Lawrence Holland!
